General description of modifications required for mounting the P125 to the Pentium III processor.

This diagram only illustrates the mounting holes and clearance allowances required.  I used 1" 4-40 stainless steel machine screws with a 1/4" polyethylene back plate.  The back plate is held away from the back of the PIII with 1/4" round stand off tubes through which the stainless steel screws pass.  Since the heatsink will be mounted inverted, 2 new holes must be drilled on each side in the heatsink fins to allow mounting of the aluminum heatsink shroud.
